Terms of Service

01. Engagement

By engaging 01Builds for software engineering services, you agree to the following terms. We operate as a high-velocity product engineering studio delivering production-grade systems in iterative cycles.

02. Payment Structure

Project fees are structured around specific milestones to ensure continuous delivery and alignment:

• 30%Initial non-refundable deposit required to secure the sprint cycle and commence architecture.
• 30%Midpoint milestone payment upon delivery of core functional components and staging deployment.
• 40%Final payment due upon completion of production deployment and system handoff.

03. Enterprise Payments

To ensure financial stability and prevent unauthorized chargebacks on large-scale engagements,all enterprise contracts exceeding $10,000.00 USD must be settled via ACH or Wire Transfer. Credit card payments are strictly prohibited for contracts exceeding this threshold.

04. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom source code, architectural designs, and related intellectual property created specifically for the project are transferred to the client. 01Builds retains the right to use anonymized architectural patterns developed during the engagement.

05. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at the conclusion of any sprint cycle. Work performed up to the point of termination will be billed according to the nearest milestone, and all completed code will be delivered upon settlement of outstanding balances.
